How to Organize PDF Pages
Step 1: Upload your PDF
Select or drag-and-drop a PDF file. All pages are rendered as visual thumbnails so you can see exactly what you're working with.
Step 2: Reorder or delete pages
Use the arrow buttons beneath each page to move it left or right in the sequence. Click the trash icon to delete unwanted pages. Changes are instant and visible in the thumbnail grid.
Step 3: Save your organized PDF
When done, click "Save PDF" to download the reorganized document. The new order and deletions are applied to a fresh copy of your PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the original PDF modified?
No โ the original file on your device is never changed. The organized PDF is a new file that you download.
Can I add new pages to the PDF?
The Organize tool is for reordering and deleting pages. To add pages from another PDF, use the Merge PDF tool first, then organize the combined document.
What happens if I delete all pages?
The Save button requires at least one page in the document. An empty PDF cannot be created.
